At the Secret Garden Florist, we strive to offer floral arrangements and products of the highest quality. However, please be advised that all sales of fresh flower goods or pre-ordered flowers are final, and we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges. We are proud of the standards we maintain for every order and stand behind the quality of our products.
Should we make an error in fulfilling your order, such as delivering an incorrect item or quantity, please contact us right away so that we can make it right.
For all other products, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling off period should you find the item unsatisfactory. Please note that the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally sent out.
